Features

Automatic fillet welding of dual side of U-Rib
Selective Single/Dual side welding and Carriage arm height is adjustable to cope with the various U-Rib height.
Applicable up to Max.20 degree inclination angle of U-Rib side wall.
Because tension function is equipped at the torch clamp, welding tracing is constant and thus it have positive influence on welding quality.
While the carriage runs on the U-Rib, with mechanical guide rollers the torches follow the bottom plate that would keep constant arc height during welding.
